PARLIAMENTARY ASSEMBLY FOR SDG PERMANENT AMBASSADORS AND REPRESENTATIONS

The Parliamentary Assembly for Sustainable Development Goals (PASDG) has created, with the support of the FOREIGN AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, a network of Permanent Ambassadors and Representations, destined to contribute to the international representation of PASDG interests and policies and spreading the information about the PASDG Initiative, fostering debate and empowering citizens from all countries to act on causes launched and supported by PASDG.
Their work is done on a voluntary basis.
They come from a wide range of organisations active at international, national or regional level, and they all have something in common – expertise in parliamentary activity, foreign affairs spheres and a common hope: that is to encourage citizens' involvement in policy-making.
As Head of Delegation, the PASDG Ambassadors are the permanent and principal representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly for Sustainable Development Goals (PASDG) vis-à-vis different states.
His/Her role is to promote the Parliamentary Assembly for Sustainable Development Goals (PASDG) unity, visibility and effectiveness in relations with the state/region/organization of appointment.
